Pop-up pictures

I'm not sure if this is the right newsgroup to ask the following question.
Inside this website: http://ninemsn.com.au/?ocid=hmlogout on the right you
will find under the heading, "Most popular" -> "Movies", several titles.
Upon hovering the cursor over these titles up pop their pictures. Howare are
the codes implimented to achieve this effect?

It appears to be a mouseover javascript used with a flash file. You might be
able to find a similar script by googling 'javascript mouseover'. You would
use the insert html code fragment feature in Publisher to insert the
javascript.
