Pop-Up Reminders are buried

Does anyone know if there's a way to set a default in
Outlook so that when a reminder pops up on the screen it
is ALWAYS on top? I'm finding situations where I have
multiple applications open and never notice the reminder
has appeared. Later I'll notice the reminder sitting on
my task bar at the bottom of the screen, but at that point
I've missed the appointment.

I'm using Outlook 2000 SR-1.
