Pop-up Toolbars

We are using Windows 2000 and Word 2002.
In older versions of word, when a feature was activated (like tables) the
toolbar which corresponded to the feature automatically popped up. This is
not happening in our Word 2002. Is this a setting I can change somewhere
(the boss can't remember right-click-and-select)?

You can make the Picture Toolbar pop up automatically, but I don't believe I
have seen the Tables Toolbar do that. Try posting this to one of the Word
VBA newsgroups as one of the VAB gurus may be able to give you some code to
do this.
