Pop-up window at startup

When I launch Outlook2003 a window pops up entitled Microsoft LDAP Directory with Connection details in it. When I try to type anything in it nothing happens. Then I can click on either ok or canel and then I allow to start using outlook. How can I stop this pop-up window coming up

Thank you for any assistance on this issue

Remove LDAP directories from Your profile
Tool->Email Accounts -> View Change Address book
remove all LDAP directories
