pop-ups in Outlook

[I hate pop-ups]

I use Outlook as a browser and I have the pop-up blocker turned on in
internet explorer but I still get pop-ups from using Outlook as my browser.
How can I stop them?

Outlook uses IE's libraries to render HTML content in its Preview Pane.
That is NOT the same as using a web browser with all of its features to
navigate to a site. If you want to browse then use a browser.

It is my work computer and I can't use anything else. Is there any other way
to stop them in outlook???

No, complain at your admin. You should at least have a decent browser
available to you like Internet Explorer or FireFox.
