Pop3 and Exchange Disabled Mailbox

Hello Newsgroup! We ve got a strange Problem with Exchage Server 2003 issued
by Outlook 2003 Clients. We have a exchange EmailAdress and addtional an Pop3
Account. Most Cliensts using cached Mode in Outlook.

Suddenly when the Exchange Send and Receive Limit is reached an

Client syncronises with his POP3 Account the mail will come into his Exchange
Mailbox ---but this mailxbox is already disabled because of the Limitation ?
The ExchangeServer gets Crazy und blows up his Mailstore and generates
MassLogfiles.

Any Ideas to blick send and receive for all Mailaccounts in Outlook when the
Exchange Mailbox is disabled ?
