Pop3 Downloading Duplicated Files

Hi,

I'm just switch Pop3 from Outlook Connector, because it gave me lots of
trouble. I had my mail downloaded once, before I reinstall my machine, I
backup the pst file, and manage to get it restored after reinstall my OS, but
when I sync the mail, it will redownload every mails again and again,
everytime I sync the mail. What is the problem?

Which version of Outlook? Are you leaving mail on the server? if not, how
many messages are on the server?
