POP3 of 2 accounts having error

3 emails of my 2 accounts are stucked up in outbox of Microsoft
Outlook. How can I send them and remove POP3 errors?

This probably may happend due to I set my wireless connection to away
while I established it?Now how can I restore it to home/Office to
enable sending e-mails.

Outlook 2002 and Outlook 2003
1. Start Outlook.
2. On the Tools menu, click E-mail Accounts.
3. Click View or change existing e-mail accounts, and then click Next.
4. Click your POP3 account, and then click Change.
5. Click More Settings.
6. Click the Advanced tab.
7. Gradually increase the server timeout setting until the issue is
resolved.
