Hello,

I have some troubles with the outlook's clients of my office.

I am the postmaster of our organization and there are some people that
can not receive mail. The error prompted is 0x800ccc0e. This error is
not persistent, it crashes randomly but when it crashes, the only
solution is to restart oulook and an then all seems to work properly.

I made a tcpdump from our mail server, and it seems that outlook
doesn't send the ack after the sync's packets.
