POP3 server address changed to localhost

Does anybody know how it happen?

It is Outlook Express.

"POP3" server address has changed from "po.sutv.zaq.ne.jp" to "localhost"
automatically every time system starts. And also account name has changed
for example, from "accountxxxx" to "accontxxxx/po.sutv.zaq.ne.jp" After
correcting these name back to original it works. Every time suffered from
such automatic changes.

I was asked by my friend, but I don't have such experience and trouble so
far. Does anyone help us?
