We recently switched our ISP and are having problems setting up our e-mail.
We have an exchange server for internal mail and POP3 accounts for mail
through the ISP. When trying to set up in Outlook with information from the
ISP - we are able to receive messages but cannot send messages with error
that we do not have permission to send to the receipents. The SMTP outbound
is blocking e-mails before getting to our ISP. The ISP says everything is
ok on their end, tech people said to check with the provider for our shared
T1 access, they say to check with the ISP. Any suggestions on what I can ask
to figure out if the problem is on our internal network, the ISP server, or
the T1 provider?
