Populate a text form filed with Excel data

Hi everyone,
I have an Excel file with manager name and the projects they manage in two
separate columns . Any suggestions that how can I read these data from excel
and populate those two text fields in my word document?

I am attempting something similar. I have tried msquery to no avail. I want
to search a range of cells for a value and return the text of the next cell
corresponding to the searched cell.
So,
A1 = BR50 B1=business rule blah blah blah
A2 = BR51 B2 =buiness rule yadda yadda yadda

From word, I want to search cells a1:a1000 for value BR51 and return the
text from B1 'business rule blah blah blah'.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,

Using mail merge I can get the text value into the word doc but i want any
changes that are made to the original excel worksheet to be reflected in the
word doc. Any assistance would be appreciated.
Thank you,
