Populate automaticaly

O

Oscar

Hi guys.

Please be very patient with me. I need help with this
small but important project.
The db mentioned below can be downloaded to help me
better ( http://www.geocities.com/nextelito/db1.mdb )and
can be sent back to me to the following temp e-mail:
(e-mail address removed)

Questions?
1= How can I get the field ModelNo in "form1" to display
the model nunber automaticaly according to the data in
Table (Model)
For example notice that in Main table there is a Column
called SentIMEI and ReplacementIMEI which its last 3
digits of every entry ends with 100 , 200, 300 or 400
last 3 digits. Well the last 3 digits will determine the
model number according to the values in Column "ModelNo"
&"digits" in Table named"MODEL"

For example if I enter a number in the SentIMEI or
ReplacementIMEI number in "Form1" (Example 878787100)
then the modelNo will display "A"

2= How can I get a report of only units sentOut but not
received yet?
In other words I need a print out of all SentIMEI that
has a check mark SentOut but not Received yet. That will
give a number of units that I have on hand or That I can
count with.

Thank you guys.

Oscar, many people will not download your database. Apart from anything
else, they may have slow modem links - and pay for downloads by the minute!
Also, opening your database will expose them to the risk of macro viruses.

IMO, describing your problem clearly >in your post<, is your contribution to
getting your problem solved. You really can't expect many people to download
your database, fix it up, and then email it back to you - at no charge!

You may well get some takers. But if you don't, try reposting your questions
with all the relevant information stated clearly within your post.

HTH,
TC
