How can we populate data in fileds with the selection of a value in the
dropdown list and the drop down list is populated with secondary data i.e.
sharepoint library?

Hi Anjs,

Follow these steps

1) Insert a Drop Down and in the DD Properties select Look up values in a
data connection to a sharepoint library or list
2) Connect the Sharepoint list to the Drop down Box by clicking on Add ->
Sharepoint list
3) Now insert your fields you want to populate in a section
4) Put conditional formatting on the section based on the drop down list.
