Populate form with data

Can anybody help me figure out how to populate a subform with data afte
entering a week ending date on the main form. I am trying to develope
simple database for time and attendance. As it stands now, I hav
created a form with a combo box which allows the user to selec
employees from a list. I would like the form to auto populate with al
the employees who are coded as active after selecting the week endin
date on the main form.
