Populate MS-Outlook Calendar From MS-Access Database

Hello,
I have a "Follow-up (date)" field in an MS-Access 2003 database.
Is there a way I can get the "Follow-up (date)" field to populate my
MS-Outlook calendar as a reminder.
I have seen an example of creating a form & adding ALOT of attributes, but I
want the field in MS-Access 2003 to automatically populate MS-Outlook
calendar, after getting the date...

Can someone point me to some examples/samples or literature???
