Populate text box from Cascading Drop Down List

I figured out how to populate a non-repeating cascading drop down list and a
list box but can not figure out how to do the same thing to a text box. Is
this possible? I am using an xml data base as my source. I want to be able
to use a drop down for the user to select their name and then have their
email address automatically populated into a text box.

Thanks in advance for your help. I'm a relative newbie - so please keep it
simple!!
