Hello,
I have a form (Employee Status Change) that I am currently adding
hidden sections with controls to. However I thought it may be easier to
just create a new form (called "Security Requests") with all these
hidden sections. So I started that and found out that b/c my new form
does not contain any text data fields (only dropdown and check boxes)
that it could not submit correctly to the database and I kept getting
errors.
So now I am thinking that there has to be a way to take one field off
the Employee Status Change form (like Employee Name) and when the
person filling out this form clicks the link to open up the "Security
Request" form, the Employee Name will already be filled in with the
name of the Employee from the Employee Status Change form.
Is there a way to go about doing this and if so how?? Or does someone
have a better idea of going about this??
Thanks,
Justine
