Populate text from Header

I have a two page document. Page 1 has a header, page 2 does not. Page two
is a "certificate" that I would like to automatically populate two different
pieces of information from the Header on Page 1 (i.e., Procedure Number and
Procedure Title) so that each time a certificate is issued the the
information doesn't have to be typed in each time. Is this possible?

Assuming that you don't want to insert a header on the second page, bookmark
the parts of the header you want to insert on page 2 and use REF fields to
place the bookmarked text..

Depending on where you obtain the header information from, it may also be
possible to use the same source.
