populate the issues and risks staging tables with data

Can some one help me to populate the issues and risk staging table. I'm
able to connect to my database but cannot update the staging tables.
I'm getting Error ! unable to complete breakout 1. Should I run this
from SQL Server or project server box ? I have download solution
starter on both boxes and mannuly run WSSCubeSetup.bat script to create
table under ProjectServer schema and it has created MSP_CUBE_WSS_RISKS
& MSP_CUBE_WSS_ISSUES table. Thanks for your help.
