Populating a list box with the contents of a directory

I want to populate a list box with a list of files in a
few directories (all under the same root directory) on a
form. This is to allow users to select an excel file to
update a table.

Is this possible? Any advice is appreciated.

The best approach would be to us an API call to show the user the File Open
dialog. Details:
