Populating a specific XLS cell with an Access value

I am having a hard time populating an existing Excel spreadsheet with field
values that reside within MS Access. I need to take various values from
queried results and plot them into specific cells within an existing
spreadsheet.

I'm sure that this has been done by someone. Can someone help me?
