Populating date between sheets

Hi,
I have sheet1 and sheet2
sheet1 has info from A1 to A10 ; B1 to B10 ; C1 to C10, etc...

I want to populate into sheet 2 some of the data. Lets say on sheet2:

on A20 to A30, the info from sheet1 [A1 to A10]
on B20 to B30, the info from sheet1 [C1 to C10]

I just need to populate some info from sheet1, not all the info.
The info are as a database, this means a category header with data under it

Is there a way to create a macro or functionthat can populate this ?
