Populating Drawing with whole database at one time

I have been using the Database Wizard to connect Microsoft Excel data
to Visio Shapes. However, I have only been able to drag and drop a
shape one at a time and then had to manually assign each ID record in
order to properly populate that current Shape. What I want to do is
drag the shape and have it replicate itself based on the total number
of ID records in the connected database all at once.

Please tell me the trick for doing this all at once. My expectation
is that I wouldn't have to manually identify any of the shapes to
their record since all records would be used.

See my post to your request "Linking multiple text fields in a shape..."
because you will need to do that step first.

Once you have your new Pert shape created run the database wizard and on the
second page choose "Create a linked drawing or modify an existing one". With
this option you can generate a new drawing with one shape representing each
row in your database.

FYI. If you get a chance to upgrade to Visio 2007, the new data linking
tools give you a better option to solve this problem which does not use the
database wizard and is much cleaner.
