Populating Group by drop-down in Open from MS Project Server dialog box in MS Project Professional

Does anyone know how the Group by drop down box gets populated with enterprise project outline codes when you attempt to open a project from MS Project Server 2003 using MS Project Professional. We have 3 enterprise project outline codes defined (project type, project sponsor, etc.) for each project stored in Project Server and want to group these projects based on the values of these codes. The drop-down box is empty when I attempt to do this group function as part of the Open from Project Server dialog box

Thanks...Curt

Curt:

The project files need to be published after establishing the values in
these fields. Have you done this?

Yes, all of these projects have been published to project server and appear in the Open dialog box. Any other thoughts or ideas would be appreciated....Curt
