Populating Properties box

[TJHarvey]

VISIO 2000 - Right click on visio file in Explorer & select 'PROPERTIES'. On
the summary tab populate the fields as relevant and 'APPLY'. A Summary
Properties message box appears with the message - Invalid pointer - and will
not allow the acceptance of any details.
This shutout does not appear on all visio documents
