Populating SalesRep field automatically

Hi,

I have an existing application for sales reps. The reps all have their own
form. I am creating a ticketing system where a rep from thier page would
submit a request for something. The request submission form would be a data
entry subform based on a table called MailingRequest. One of the fields in
the MailingRequest is SalesRep. I want to make it so that the reps dont have
to fill in this field. If Joe Smith using his JoeSmith form submitted the
ticket then it would fill in his name into this table. Can someone help me
figure out how to populate this field based on the user?

Use the default property for the field in the form to the SalesRep info. Set
the Locked property to Yes.
