Populating worksheets from source worksheet

I work for a builder. I need to manage the portable restrooms used on 27
different communites. I would like to have a source worksheet with each
portable restoom listed on it for all 27 communities. When I enter the
information on the source worksheet I would like it to automaticaly populate
to an idividual worksheet identified for the specif community that specifi
restroom is located at.

Can excel 2003 do something like that?

Yes, it can. But you need to furnish information about the layout of the
source sheet and community sheets. Like this is in this column/row, that is
in that column/row. For instance, pretend that you are talking to someone
who knows nothing about what you are doing, that's us, and walk us through
what you would like to do (fill in the source sheet) and what you would like
to happen when you do it. Don't say things like "I would like it to
automatically populate to an individual worksheet identified for the
specific community...". Tell us what goes where and from where. HTH Otto
