popup and modal question

I have a reminder form that, if its been set, pops up on a timer every 10
mins until the user clicks on OK.

This is fine as long as the user keeps using the Access DB

If they then open for example a word document the reminder will not pop up
over the word document. This defeats the object of my pop up box.
How can i make the box popup over everything ?
