PopUp Contact Us Form

I am trying to create a Contact Us type of Form, but I
only want it to show up as a PopUp, not full page size,
but just something that the User can see Popup over the
current page, they can fill in, submit, and it goes away
leaving the underlying page as it was.

You have to use JavaScript to place the form page in a popup window. See

If you have problems with the JavaScript popup window, you can always
have the hyperlink that goes to the contact area open up a new window.
Just go to Target Frame in the hyperlink area and select New Window.
