John

I am new to access and would like help in working out how
to list a database list using a parameter query. eg when
running a report i want a list of the names to come up in
a poplist to select instead of typing in the parameter
manually.

Dear John:

You can put a combo box on a form to do this. Reference the combo box
from the query if you're using Jet. If you must, you can pop up the
form when you need this.
