Popup form to display matching record

Hello, I have a popup form showing continuous records (about 5 in view at any
one time) from which the user can check the recommended data for field 'X' on
the main form. I would like the first record showing to match Field 'Y' on
the main form. From there the user can then scroll up or down to see other
options.

This is a read-only popup form; the data does not need to transfer to the
main form.
Can anyone suggest a simple solution, please?
(Using Office/Access XP Pro)
