Popup message when saving a file in MSP2003 Std

The following message appears each time I save my file in MSP 2003 Std. It continues to appear regardness of my response to it's inquiry. Is there any way to disable this message

"There are multiple lines of text in the existing note.
If you change the note here, all lines of text except the first line,
and all formatting, will be removed.
If you do not want to lose any text or formatting,
edit the notes by clicking the Notes button on the Standard toolbar
Do you want to change the note anyway? yes no"

I am having the same issue. I think it started happening
after I changed the note in Task 0.

I dont thing its the same as what I am dealing with.

I could never get a note for any task to show up in the web interface.
Did you or can you see a yellow ikon on the task view in the web interface
We put our task notes in the project file and then publish them to the server
but the clients using the web interface or read only cant see the task notes
I am not sure if the notes should be viewable from the web interface or not
Or do the need to use Sharepoint to view the task notes, (this seams unlikely.
