popup window "Location Information" Microsoft Office Outlook 2007

When I enter a phone # in contact info I get a popup stateing : Before you
can make any phone or modem connections, Windowa needs the following
information about your current locations. What country are you in? What area
code are you in? If you need to specify a carrier code, what is it? If you
dial a number to access an outside line, what is it. The phone system at this
loaction uses: Tone dialing/Pulse dialing. I just want to enter info for my
use. This is my home computer not a bussiness computer. Why can't I just
enter info? Thank you for your help.

You need to complete it so the dialer can work with contacts. Do it once
and you won't be bugged for it again.
