Popup windows when password expire

Anyone have suggestion for me ?
There are some local user accounts setup. After 30 days users need to change
the password. The problem is that there is no popup alert message to let user
know they need to change password. I know a popup message will displayed in
network user to change the password if needed. Is any suggestion can be
provide ?
