Popup won't go "behind" windows taskbar

Using Access 2003 - I have a form that starts with a popup window that
maximizes on opening. It is NOT modal. The border is set to none.

Here's the problem... when the popup opens I can't access the windows
taskbar. I added a button that minimizes the entire app so users can get to
other programs, but that's not a good long term solution.

What am I doing wrong? Is it possible to have my popup maximized and still
be able to use the windows taskbar?

TIA

Mine does not do this. Try right clicking the Task Bar, choose Properties
and make sure "Keep the taskbar on top...." is selected.

Thanks for the response. I have all my settings for the taskbar correct. I
gave up and just made the popup border "sizable". This doesn't let me have
the effect I was looking for, but at least users can get to the taskbar now.

If worse comes to worse, you can still get to the task bar when it's covered
by pressing the Window key on the key board. It will open the Start menu,
but by doing so it brings the taskbar back to the front.
