Popup YES Email NO

OUTLOOK 2003:
I saw the pop-up from my co-worker but now when I view my Inbox, it’s not
there. I reported this issue on 4/7/06.
This is the 2nd time this morning that I did not receive a user's e-mail.
I viewed it on the pop-up & then it disappeared. It is not in my inbox.
Please help.

does it ever show up? is moved by rules or junk email? I often have a delay
of about 2 min from then I see the blue toast until it's in the inbox.
