Popups in Outlook

When I open Outlook I get a popup that states, "A program is trying to access
e-maill addresses you have stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this?"
Whether I say Yes or No the popup just won't go away or do anything else. I
can't do anything with Outlook.

I know that one of the factors affecting whether Outlook displays this
message is whether your anti-virus software is up to date, so you
could try updating your anti-virus software to the latest signature
files and see if that makes a difference.
