My ISP, Cox Communications, has instituted what they say
is permanent blocking of port 135 that Outlook uses to
connect to Exchange servers. I used the full Outlook
client to connect with my corporate Exchange server and
that no longer works with port 135 blocked. The Corporate
IS also had me connected via a VPN, but the Outlook
function there has stopped working also. Is there a fix in
the works for this problem or am I doomed to web access e-
mail unless I change ISPs?
