port 21 and McAfee

I just recently updated my internet security with McAfee (Total Protection,
their latest version). Now I can't publish my website via FTP.
I tried by undoing the firewall, but no success. I stopped all protection,
still no success. I keep getting the message that port 21 can't be found or
that my server is busy. That is not the case as I can email and internet all
I want. I called them too, no problems.
Does anyone have a solution to this problem, other than eliminating my
security center?

If this was working before you updated McAfee, then I would contact them.

Check the "Access Protection" section in the console. Older versions
blocked port 25 in there, newer ones may have included port 21.
