Portfolio Analyser - Missing Resources

I've got an OLAP cube that is missing some resources and their related data.
I can see the resources in the Project Views and in Project Professional,
but not in OLAP. No filters
are set. The resources are totally missing, not just their data.

Any thoughts?

Hi Shaun,

Can you clarify for us?

Do you see ANY or SOME resources in the OLAP cube?
How do you come to this conclusion? For example, reviewing the data in
the Cube, or trying to create a Portfolio Analyzer View?

Rolly,

one of my customers is currently experiencing the same problem. He can see
his projects in the OLAP cube, however not all resources that actually have
tasks in this project show up in the cube. The resources can see their tasks
in their respective timesheets.This is only the case for 3 to 4 resources in
one project...
Any ideas?

Hi Rolly,

To clarify, when in Portfolio Analyser creating a new view I can only see
SOME of the resources. I can see no logical explanation for the
resources/resource data not appearing - Any ideas?

I was able to solve the issue at our customer with saving the respective
project offline and online again. Check this article from
projectserverexperts.com for more information on how to do this exactly:

After this, I simply rebuilt the cube and all resources showed up.
