Portfolio Analyser Resource View

On the Portfolio Analyser we are only able to view
resources having work assigned on projects by choosing the
Year & month required. Is there any possibility to view
resources who are not assigned to any work during the year
& month chosen?
The report view should show all the resources even if they
are not assigned to any project for the duration chosen.
Any ideas or suggestions how to get this report?
