We have got 2 Calendars in Project for normal Hrs and Weekend Working.
The various PM's book time against either depending is work is being
done in core hours or our of core hours.
I have produced a Portfolio Analyser view and exported to Excel as a
pivot table to show resource usage as a forward plan. I need to be
able to differentiate if the resource hours are booked for each of
these calendars, ie if a resource is overbooked during core working
hours. My current reports are skewed as weekend working is included
which is bumping up the Work, I need to be able to exclude any effort
against the weekend calendar.
