Portfolio Analyzer access to OLAP cube

I have a user who is defined in Active Directory (AD). Project Server is
set for Mixed authentication. The user is in the Administrators group (and
Portfolio Managers, Project Managers, Resource Managers). When they try
"Analyze project in Portfolio Analyzer" they get the error "Unable to acce
the Microsoft Project Portfolio Analyzer OLAP cube. The cube may not exist,
or you mat not have permissions to access the cube."

But when I try another user also defined in AD, assigned to the same groups,
and on the same PC, Portfolio Analyzer works.
I have even tried a Project Server authentication only user; and it works.

Only the one user seems to have the problem. Any ideas?
Thanks

Update:
I can recreate the error with other users by removing the Project Server URL
from the users list of trusted sights in IE.
But the original user having the error has the required Project Server URL
in their list of trusted sights.

Does that help for any ideas?
Thanks

It follows the user to any workstation. The function works for other users
on the same workstation.

I suspect user profile corruption given the circumstances. Perhaps you can
get your network Admin to recreate the user profile.
