Hello,
We are using Project Server 2003. I'm trying to build a Portfolio
Analyzer view that only considers projects that are of a certain type,
such as Active or Status. I don't want the view to consider projects
that have been flagged as completed or inactive. When I build my view,
all I see is the ability to drop in projects and then pick and choose
which ones to include in the view. This seems very manual. Is there
any way that Project Server 2003 will be able to differentiate one
project from another by itself? Currently we have a custom field that
indicates the type and status of a project. Maybe there's another way
that we should be flagging the projects so that Portfolio Analyzer
will only look at those that are active?
Is this a case where I should use the Portfolio Analyzer Extender?
Thanks a lot for your help!
