Portfolio Analyzer and OLAP Cube access issue

When I try to access the Portfolio Analyzer, I get the following message:

"Unable to access the Microsoft Office Project Portfolio Analyzer OLAP cube.
The cube may not exist, or you may not have permissions to access the cube."

I used to have no issues with this. However, Ii have not had to use it for
about 3 months. Since that time, we have had XPSP2 installed, as well as
OfficeXP SP's installed. My "help" desk referred to KB article at
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/324836/. But those solutions do not work
either.

Our Project Server support person thinsk ti is an issue with my XP profile.
It si certainly an issue on my PC. I can successfully acces the cube if I
log onto it from another PC. Has anyone experienced this before?

Wiley:

Go to Start > Control Panel > Windows Firewall and turn if off to see if
that is the cause. You can then re-enable it and find the settting that is
interfering.

We are having the same issue - users can access the Portfolio Analyzer from
one machine but not from another.
Windows firewall is turned off, and controlled by a group policy by the sys
admin.
The project server site is trusted and on the same domain.
Security is set to low for trusted sites.
What other settings can affect the Portfolio Analyzer?

Sorry. I have been out of communication for awhile. I know this is an old
thread. our settings are also controlled by sys admins, but the Windows
Firewall is turned off.
