I am trying to create a calculated measure in Portfolio Analyzer: It is an
"FTE Work" measure, which is basically work divided by the number of days in
the selected. For example, FTEs in a quarter would be Work/520, or FTE's per
month would be Work/173, etc. However, when the user changes the time scale,
the calculation does not adjust, and the number becomes extremely over- or
under-stated.
Can we create a calculation that will automatically adjust the total for the
selected time span? There are a number of Analysis Manager functions that
can be used in Portfolio Analyzer calculated field formulas, documented in
Analysis Manager HELP. However, I have not been able to find the right one
to do the trick.
A more involved calculation involves dividing by the number of working days
in the period in question, using a calendar, similar to the way
"Availability" is calculated.
Thanks
