Portfolio Analyzer Configuration with SQL 2000 SP4

I'm configuring a new Project Server 2003 installation and the database and
analysis services are on a remote server. I understand I need to make sure I
install the Decision Analysis Services component on the actual Project
Server. I've done that and then upgraded it to Analysis Services SP4. I'm
going to install the full Analysis Services on the remote SQL server and
upgrade it to SP4 also.

Will Portfolio Analyzer work in a SP4 world?

We have just upgraded to SP4 and Project Server still works fine.
