Portfolio Analyzer ERROR

I am the administrator and have been doing reporting for weeks now in
Portfolio Analyzer. After working individually with 4 of our project
managers to show them how to use the Analyzer at their own desks, I ran into
two that are unable to use it. They get the following error "Unable to
access the Microsoft Office Project Portfolio Analyzer OLAP cube." They are
part of the same group and I have confirmed for each of them that they do
have it checked "ALLOW" to view portfolio analyzer. Interestingly, at three
different times today I received the same error while working at my PC. I
had never received this error before but did today. In between receiving
that error I was in fact able to access, and then later in the day received
it again. ANY THOUGHTS on what the cause may be? Thank you for any insight
at all that you could provide!!
