Portfolio Analyzer is very slow when excluding a resource name

We are using MS Project 2003 EPM SP2 with PWA.
We have about 1500 resources in our enterprise resource pool.

We use Portfolio Analyzer (PA) to generate monthly report for each department.
Normally our PA work quite well and quite fast. But when we want to exclude
a resource from the PA report, by un-ckecking the mark in front of a resource
name, our IE will hang and not responding.

Are there any advise?

Hello, have you found any resolution to this. We have a similar situation
where one of Portfolio Analyzer views works fine until trying to deselect
from the project field. We are using MSP EPM SP2.

Well, I did not find any solution yet.
At the moment I created a new portfolio view.
It's faster and I decided not deselect a specific resource.
